Service * Fellowship * Discipleship * Worship

Have you ever wanted to just try out something new and different, without having to make a long-term commitment? Maybe dip your toe into serving in the community, but didn’t want them to have your name? Or you just wanted to attend a play, but didn’t have a group to go with?

Well, that is the purpose of EntryPoints

EntryPoints is an opportunity for you to try and experience something new!

  • Whether that is going to volunteer with an organization you have been interested in learning more about, but haven’t had time to call!
  • Going to a special outing that you have wanted to try, but didn’t want to go alone!
  • Maybe you have wanted to learn more about your faith, but didn’t want to go to Sunday school
  • You saw a new opportunity for worship, but didn’t want to commit to being there every week…

This is the purpose of EntryPoints. To provide you a way to “enter into” trying something you have wanted to experience without making a long-term commitment.

All opportunities with EntryPoints are short-term and offer low commitment. These are ways for you to connect with other people from Pine Shores through service, fellowship, discipleship, and worship. EntryPoints also offers ways to invite your friends to join you for an event with “church friends” without them happening at church.

EntryPoints will offer ways for people to “enter in” to different opportunities through service, fellowship, discipleship, and worship. We hope you will consider joining in these opportunities.

Cedarkirk needs your help to spruce up one of its camp buildings.  Can you help us paint the Village E Bathhouse?  This building serves the summer campers and staying in the Rustic Cabins and Campsites.  The Bathhouse received a new roof earlier this year as well as some new interior lights and now the outside is in need of some attention.  We will have all the paint and brushes, so wear your paint clothes and come ready to help make this special place even better.

Beth-El (Wimauma) Being “a blessing” to the Beth-El community will always be a unique experience. Although the needs change on a constant basis, some of the items of need could be any of the following:

  • Sorting fresh produce sorting and food packaging
  • Bagging rice and beans
  • Assembling personal care kits
  • Sorting clothes and other routine tasks.

These are all tentative, but will more than likely happen because this is the need and how Beth-El needs our help.
