I originally started the reflection by giving you the word of the day which was on our 365 New Words-A-Year- A -Day Calendar. (By the way in New Zealand, June 1st is a public holiday for the Queen’s Birthday.) Then I figured it would be more fun to make things a bit more interesting. Instead of the word of the day, I’ll give you the definition.  It is: “the action, process, or fact of spreading apart.” The word has developed a more metaphorical second sense that is used when opinions are “stretch apart” from one another. A quick google search will result in the answer on the first try but if you would rather be challenged the letters (not scrambled) are 348274228466.
